What is JULÄINE™?
JULÄINE™ is a PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) based injectable collagen bio-activator, developed and manufactured in Sweden by Nordberg Medical. Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid dermal fillers — which work by physically adding volume — JULÄINE™ is classified as a biostimulator: it triggers your body's own fibroblast cells to produce new collagen progressively over time.
The result is a gradual, natural-looking improvement in skin firmness, texture and tightness that evolves over weeks and months — and lasts significantly longer than conventional filler treatments.
At its core, JULÄINE™ uses the body's own natural lactic acid signalling pathway. As the PLLA microspheres are absorbed, they stimulate mechanical signalling — a process that activates skin renewal from the inside out. The product is fully biocompatible and biodegradable, breaking down safely into lactic acid, water and CO₂.

Injectable Activation
JULÄINE™ is administered as a precise injectable treatment by a qualified aesthetic practitioner. The LaSynPro™ microspheres are delivered into the target tissue using a fine needle technique. The procedure is well tolerated and requires no downtime.

Fibroblast Stimulation
As the PLLA microspheres integrate into the dermis, they trigger mechanical signalling — a natural biological process. Your fibroblast cells respond by producing fresh collagen fibres, gradually remodelling the skin's structural matrix from within.

POST-TREATMENT AFTERCARE
Following your JULÄINE™ sessions, a few simple steps will support the best possible results:
✓ Perform gentle circular massage of the treated area using your facial moisturiser in the days following treatment.
✓. Apply ice packs (avoiding direct contact) to any areas of redness or swelling immediately after treatment.
✓. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and UV light until initial redness and swelling have fully subsided.
✓. Consult your practitioner before undergoing laser treatments, chemical peels or dermabrasion around your treatment dates.
